Meet Our Owner, Dr. Lindsey D. Jackson DVM
Dr. Lindsey D. Jackson is the co-owner and practicing veterinarian at Mayo Town and Country Animal Hospital. A lifelong resident of Lafayette County, he developed a passion for animal care while working on his family's dairy and poultry farms.
After earning both his Bachelor of Science Degree in Dairy and Poultry Science and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Florida, Dr. Jackson returned to Mayo to open the hospital in 1999. He is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care and building lasting relationships with pets and their families throughout the community.
Meet Our Co-Owner, Heather C. Jackson
Heather C. Jackson, wife of Dr. Lindsey D. Jackson, serves as the co-owner and administrator of Mayo Town & Country Animal Hospital. She earned her Bachelor of Health Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Florida and her Master of Education in Teaching and Learning from Southeastern University, graduating with highest honors from both institutions. Heather is passionate about the positive impact animals have on people and plays an integral role in supporting the hospital's commitment to exceptional care and community service.
